ORDERS AND SHIPPING

How do you ship your orders and how much do you charge for shipping?

We ship your order using either Canada Post or FedEx, which ever is most economical, at our cost.

When will my order arrive?

Most orders will be delivered in 1-7 working days. Remote locations can take longer.

How can I track my order?

We notify you by email of the tracking number when we ship

When do I get my order confirmation email?

You will receive a confirming Email immediately after placing the order, and then you will receive another email when payment is accepted by us from Shopify. In some cases, it can take a few hours for payment confirmation to be received because orders are passed through fraud and ID security checks after the order is placed.

Is there a signature upon delivery required for my order?

If a signature is requested by us or by us, the courier service will be asked to have someone at the shipping address sign for the order.

Where do you ship to?

We ship primarily to Canada though we will on occasion ship to the US, UK, France, Italy, Germany, and to many other European countries.

We accept payments from International billing addresses.

Please take note you cannot have your item delivered to a P.O. Box, as someone at the shipping address must sign for the order.

Do you charge customs fees or duty?

No. We don’t charge any customs fees/duty but you may have to pay Customs Fees or Duties before receiving your shipment.

Orders with a ship-to address in Canada ship from Canada.

Orders with a ship-to address in the US ship may ship either from Canada or the US.

Orders with a ship-to address in the UK or Europe ship from Canada.

What are the accepted forms of payment?

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Paypal

When will I be charged for my order?

See above ‘Where is my order confirmation email?’

How can I cancel my order?

An order cannot be cancelled once it has been placed. Please contact us If you have any questions about your order.

Can I change the ship-to address while my order is in transit?

We currently do not reroute orders.

Out of stock items:

If an item ordered becomes out of stock, you will receive an email detailing the item in question. You will not be charged for the item.

Online items are re-stocked 2 times per week so check back as availability changes regularly.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

BANG Couture’s ultimate goal is for our customers to fall in love with their products. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept the return or the exchange of your items if they meet the following conditions:

We’ve extended our return policy from 15 to now 45 days as of March 17th due to the COVID-19 situation. Therefore, orders are to be returned within 45 days of your delivery date.

In its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition, returned with all original tags attached and packaging.

Merchandise can only be exchanged for the same style in a different colour or size.

Items purchased online can only be returned or exchanged by mail. We currently do not offer returns nor exchanges in-store. All care products and gift cards cannot be returned nor exchanged. If we do not have the stock available for your exchange, we will proceed with a refund, free of charge. BANG Couture reserves the right to reject returns or exchanges which do not comply with our return and exchange policy. If so, items will be sent back to the original shipping address.

How to request a Return or an Exchange:

If you are a registered customer, sign in to your account on bangcouture.com and navigate to Your Dashboard where you see the orders you placed. Click on View Order right next to the order you want to return or exchange. Click on Request Return .

If you don't have an account, please complete this return form.

Specify if you are requesting a return or an exchange, the state of the shipment box and the reason of your return, and then submit your request. If you are returning a damaged product, please attach picture(s) showing the damage to the form. If you are requesting an exchange, please indicate in the comment box the new size or colour you would like to receive. Your return request should be processed by the next 2-3 business day.

If your return request is approved, we will send you an email including a return label. This return label will be valid for 15 days.

Please note that during peak season it may take an additional 5 to 10 business days to process returns or exchanges. Peak periods include promotional week-ends and holidays.

How to ship your Return or your Exchange:

  1. Place the products in their original packaging.
  2. Print the return label and attach it to the outside of the package. It can also be printed at the shipping carrier’s location with the return ID number on the return label.
  3. Drop your package at the nearest Canada Post location or book a pick-up (additional charges applicable).

 

Please note that any returns sent to our warehouse without following the above-mentioned steps will be returned to the sender.

Our Online Exchange & Refund Process: 

Refunds:

Upon reception of your return package, the refund will be processed within the following 3-5 business days.

Please note that the refund will be credited to the original payment method.

You will be notified by e-mail when the refund has been done. Please note that your bank institution may require additional processing time to credit your account.

Exchange:

Once we receive your package at our warehouse, your exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days. If the product received is damaged, the package will be returned to the sender without any exchange.

You will be notified by email when your new item will be shipped as well as your tracking number.  Shipping costs for exchanges are covered by BANG Couture.

BANG Couture reserves the right to authorize all exchanges and repairs at its sole discretion.

FINAL SALE MERCHANDISE
